    I broke my tibia years ago and developed arthritis. Now, my supporting tendons and muscle tissue have suffered. I am currently dealing with high pain in my achilles and will definitely try this method, though my job demands a lot out of my body.

    Honestly I’ve never seen a video that helpful about my condition. I have a meniscus tear that isn’t operated. My doctor says that I have good leg strength and full range of motion. He said that I should train and lose weight and I should be good without operation

    I can do 30 single led heel raises without pain but not hop without pain. Should I try again tomorrow or wait longer?

    63 year young woman, who started training for a 5K race. I wanted to do a reasonable time.I got a partial interstitial tear of the tibialis posterior tendon at the navicular insertion. Went to the podiatry, after X-rays, and MRI and they recommended shockwave therapy but it is not covered by my insurance company. This is the best, most well-organized video I have discovered in my internet research. Thank you so much. I'm swimming and biking, but I miss the vibe I feel in the 5k race.

    This video is a godsend. I've been dealing with this specific injury for about 3 years and never recovered fully. I've started following the instructions since yesterday when I watched it and I'm already noticing improvements. Especially the thing about relying on visual was eye opening, and something I've been doing since I got injured without realising it

    Should you stay outside of the painful range of motion? I have left thigh tendonitis. It hurts if I squat down below like 120 degrees (so basically just a few inches). When I'm doing the isometrics, should I hold them ABOVE the painful range? Or is this connected to if it hurts worse the next day?

    thanks for the research, I think I'll be doing physiotherapy. I got my slap tear from doing weighted dips for the first time and the pain was unbearable in the beginning when it happened 2 years ago to the point where it was difficult trying to sleep. I got to the bottom position of the dip and I heard a pop and immediately stopped . Its much better now, but a slight ache always comes back as a reminder when I'm active. Has anyone else experienced this?

    This stuff gets on my nerves...OPINIONS when I want FACTS. I watched a physical therapist advise AGAINST doing leg extensions but u just recommended it??? I was under the impression that many kinesiology experts were already against the leg extension machine even if u have no problems currently. Develops the muscles but is hell on the joints/tendons/ligaments etc. Making it up as u go along. NOT evidence based.

    What if the sciatica improves, then returns, and improves and returns? This has happened for me, I lift, and this is the third to re-aggravating my sciatica. It is at its worst and quite severe now. It is hard to navigate lifting with sciatica if I am unsure what is going to worsen or aggravate it again.
